SKILLS

Computational: Programming with Fortran 77 and R statistics package for hydrologic, water resources management, and engineering problems.  Operational experiences with hydrologic models (PRMS, ILLUDAS, RRL, SWMM), hydraulics model (RMA), waste treatment process simulator (GPS-X).  Some experience with SURFER, MathCAD, MATLAB, C++, Basic, AutoCAD.  Knowledge of MS-Office Suite, MS-Visio, Grapher, GIMP (open source graphic software), Paintshop, various computer operating systems (Windows, OS X, Unix, and Linux), etc.
